I forgot the password of my Wallet account!

Your seed phrase of 12 words is required to reset your password.

1) Click 'Restore account' Import using account seed phrase'.

2) Enter your 12-word seed phrase in order and set password. (You can use the previous one.)

3) Click 'RESTORE' to complete password reset.

Your seed phrase is used to reset your password or to restore your MetaMask account. Please store your seed phrase somewhere safe and do not share it with others.

• Portis

Your seed phrase of 24 words is required to reset your password.

*Different from the seed word of the address in the Portis account.

1) Click on 'Forgot your password?'

2) Enter the email and recovery seed word that was used as the login ID and click Next to send the 6-digit authentication number to that e-mail.

3) Enter the authentication number and click Next

4) Enter new password and click Next

5) Success! Password change completed with screen.

Touch Continue to log in with the changed password.
